BARBARA GREIN
Lecturer
Barbara is currently a Lecturer in Accounting at the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School. She has taught courses in financial accounting. Her current research interests are asset impairments, stock option repricing, stock option accounting, financial disclosures around stock offerings, and external financial reporting. Prior to entering academe, Barbara was an audit manager in KPMG Peat Marwick’s Boston office.
She received a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical
Engineering from Bucknell University in 1989, a Master’s degree in Accounting
from Northeastern University in 1991 and will receive a Ph.D. in Accounting
from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in December 2002.
