ASSIGNMENTS FOR APRIL 26 AAC MEETING

Marty-Carrie-Steve M

·         Go through “to do” lists from May 98. July 98, 2002 and determine if we have accomplished all plans, and if not, why not. [e.g. we have not been doing an annual review of Academic Support services]

·         Go through new standards and Self Study Instrument and see where we appear to be currently out of compliance [e.g.  did most recent compliance review by AE cover camps]

·         Prepare a recommendation on how to use the conference office during self-study

·         Enlist coaches and staff members to serve on self-study

·         Consult with Matt Drayton and identify 4-5 student athletes who will likely serve with SAAC and will be juniors next year. We need diversity

AAC subcommittees

·         Go through “to do” lists from May 98. July 98, 2002

·         Become familiar with SS Instrument and standards in area

·         Prepare draft plan for self-study
