January meeting minutes were approved

The meeting was an open discussion of the latest draft of the NCAA Interim Report. Leila Moore attended and participated in her role as overall director of the Interim Report Project. Steve Metcalf and Jill Hirschinger responded to questions and took notes necessary for revising the document. Steve M. promised to have a revised draft available before spring break, so that AAC members can prepare reactions for the next meeting, to be held on March 26.

The meeting adjourned at 1:45pm. Next meeting on March 26 , 2002.
