unofficial and non-binding and not to panic!

The purpose of this page is to serve as part of an unofficial dialog to develop guidelines and recommendations for the content and design (content and style) of Web pages at the University of New Hampshire. The immediate focus is the UNHINFO server, with the Network Information Services Group in Computing & Information Services (CIS/NIS - represented by Jim Cerny) and the University Publications Group in University Relations (UREL/UPUB - represented by Mary Peterson) acting in the respective roles agreed upon by their VP's in support of this resource. We are working to develop a first draft of Web design guidelines and recommendations. At some point we expect a wider group of information owners and designers will be involved, a WEB Design Advisory Committee (WEBDAC), and that WEBDAC can use this draft as a starting point.

The following links are collected for ease of sharing examples to discuss among Web managers and developers at UNH-Durham, in the process of developing our own set of guidelines and recommendations.
