NIS Service Level Agreement (SLA)
NIS primarily supports client-server-based services including
the system management of these systems and limited documentation and
training in the use of these systems. These client-server-based
services include:
- System management of the primary domain name server (nic.unh.edu).
- System management and development of UNHINFO (unhinfo.unh.edu).
- System management and development of USNH SWIS (swis.unh.edu).
- Consulting on development of Web pages and operation of Web servers.
- System management and development of the News server (news.unh.edu).
- System management and serving of CDs in the DEC software library.
- System management and development of e-mail aliases and directory lookup.
- System management and development of mailing lists.
- Development and coordination of security plans and servers.
