HTML TABLE with SCOPE Attribute.

This example is a simple use of the SCOPE attribute in an HTML TABLE. This example is taken from the W3C HTML 4 specification, section 11.4.1 and it also appears in slightly modified form as an example in section 2.5 of the W3C Techniques for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
