Home Care Provider in the Rochester Area 

One Sky Community Services is looking for someone to share their home in the Rochester area 
with a 38 year old woman with a mild intellectual disability and some behavioral 
challenges.  This woman has a part-time day program and works.  She enjoys having time on 
her own in the community.  She enjoys going to the gym, playing cards and doing crafts.  
She needs assistance to manager her anxiety and find positive coping strategies.  She has a 
good sense of humor.  A single woman or a couple with mental health experience is 
preferred.  This is a contracted position with a generous stipend, training and support. 
This opportunity is available immediately.

Your home must meet NH certification standards.  Must have reliable transportation and 
proof of auto insurance.  TB Test, driver and criminal background checks are required.
