Photographs of Indianapolis Water Company Pilot System

On July 20, 1998, Indianapolis Water Company (IWC) hosted the official project kick-off meeting at the IWC facility. The full-scale UV system had been successfully installed, with the exception of a power meter. The system was run throughout the following week, during which the operator monitored the system for problems such as adequate flow and pressure, correct lamp intensity and dose, lamp fouling, and meter accuracy. The photographs below show the full-scale UV system as it is installed in the IWC facility. In September, an update on the operating system will be provided.
