The Student Services Office provides legal information and advice in times of crisis as well as preventative education and counseling in order to avoid unnecessary litigation. The attorney provides an initial legal consultation in all situations to all qualified students and student groups. The goal of the office is to provide legal advice where a student or student groups would otherwise be unable unlikely to obtain those services. Furthermore, the purpose of the office is to educate students about their rights and responsibilities as well as provide representation whenever possible without detracting from the larger goal of being available to all qualified students for respresentation.
