Gramm on Abortion

   I am pro-life, and for those of us who believe that there is a divine
   spark in every human life, let us work toward the day when every
   unborn child is welcomed into life and loved when they get here.
   Let's end taxpayer funding for abortion and for groups that espouse
   it. Let's change our laws to encourage adoption.
