This Irish Bread recipe has been in my family for several generations. No doubt, my grandmother, Mary Agnes (Kelly) Farrell learned it from her mother Margaret (Brannelly) Kelly in New Grove, County Galway Ireland, and brought it with her when she came to America in 1911. It is the finest Irish Bread I've tasted, and is excellent when accompanied by a cup of Barry's Irish tea. BĦonn blas ar an mbeag n.
