From the beginning America was a land of the Free - because the
individuals were free.
Freedom is a Natural Right. Today the entire world strives to be
Free.
We have seen this year what extremes oppressed people will go
to reclaim this natural right. But even a people dedicated to
Freedom, such as we Americans, can be deprived of certain elements
of freedom when we allow government to gain too much too much
control. America has been in the wrong hands for the past 70
years. The Russian people were of the opinion and with the spirit
of our founding citizens acted to stop being deprived of their
NATURAL RIGHT OF FREEDOM. The American People must do no less.
IT'S TIME TO LIQUIDATE THE PRESENT STRUCTURE OF GOVERNMENT.
Starting shortly after World War 1 a group of evil people set out
to enslave America and have systematically progressed with their
evil design.
It now appears that shooting wars have run their course and are
now obsolete. But the battle for Peace and Prosperity is well
under way, and the only way for the people to win is to make sure
they have an honest, efficient, hands on government...
The federal government has up the present time under this
influence DESTROYED:
Our Educational System, American Industry, Family Life, Citizen
Initiative, Monetary and Banking System
Even though any taxes are a burden for the working man, some
means for government activities are necessary.
The present tax system is unfair, inefficient and inadequate.
The GOAL of a new tax system for Freedom, Peace, and Prosperity
should protect the
Family Home and make free from the claims of the whole world -
UNLIMITED HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION. In addition to this, the system
should be simple, fair and adequate.
THE PATTY SYSTEM WOULD accomplish this and would also limit local
taxing authority.
the present system of education has become an embarrassment to
the People of America. It's time to make our system the best in
the world. The education system should be the standard by which
others are compared. The more we spend, the lower the test scores
get.
LOCAL CONTROL must be retained.
Under the PATTY SYSTEM ample money will be available.
THE NEW SYSTEM MUST INCLUDE
1. Local Control
2. Each school building is a separate entity
3. Each school to have a HEAD MASTER with complete authority to
ensure learning.
4. Each school will be supervised by a Parent -Taxpayer council.
5. Moral, Patriotism teaching required.
6. Grades and Promotions to be replaced with levels of learning
and proficiency.
7. Teaching by PLATOON SYSTEM.
