My Fellow Americans:

    My name is Charles E. Collins. My wife's name  is  Denise.  I
have  declared  for  the  Presidency in 1996 from our Panama City
Beach, Florida address, as a  Republican  Candidate.  We  have  a
working  ranch  in Monroe County, Georgia, where we raise cattle,
hay, and horses. I have developmental property  in  this  county,
where  we will be selling lots and building homes.  I have worked
in Florida and Georgia all of my adult life. I have enjoyed doing
work  in  Bay  County,  Florida,  with  the  Kiwanis Club and the
Optimist Club. We belong to the Methodist  Church,  but  my  wife
grew up as a Southern Baptist. We are both pro-life.

    I was born and reared in Georgia. I was fortunate to  have  a
Christian mother who was a teacher, and to have had good schools,
churches and  teachers.   I  graduated  from  the  University  of
Georgia, top honor graduate, Phi Beta Kappa, and Valedictorian. I
have worked and made a payroll for over 40  years,  paying  FICA,
FUTA, Workman's Compensation and liability insurance. There is no
substitute (for preparation for the office of  President  of  the
United  States)  for  practical experience in business, and first
hand knowledge of what fiscal responsibility is. I know how  hard
it  is to work, plan, operate a business, make payroll, and write
all the checks necessary  to  conduct  that  business.  No  other
candidate  for President, that we know of, has a business Federal
Employer Identification Number.

    I have worked as a bank director, owner of hotels and motels,
condominium developer, general contractor, electrical contractor,
plumbing contractor, and all the other trades necessary to  build
residential and commercial buildings. I also did interior design,
motel and apartment decorating, landscaping, and  advertising.  I
decided in 1948 that I would learn how to be a proficient artisan
in every trade necessary in construction from building layout  to
the front door lock-up.

    We owned and operated almost every type of business  you  can
name. I personally did the backhoe and dozer work on construction
sites. We operate our own equipment in our hay farming operation.

    Gradually through the years, I  saw  the  Constitution  being
eroded.  The  will  of  the  people  was  being  ignored.  Fiscal
responsibility  was  totally  gone.   Debt  has  taken  all   our
productive  capacity  to  pay the interest. Our military strength
has been reduced by 50% since 1992. The President  plans  further
cuts. The administration plans to disarm all Americans and "hope"
that criminals will then behave. The President has  bought  North
Korea  in an attempt to appease them!  The President and Congress
have ignored their Oaths of Office, and have worked to  give  our
country  over to the New World Order. Since Congress passed GATT,
we will no longer be a Sovereign Nation under  our  Constitution.
The  W.T.O.  rules  will  supersede  the Constitution and all our
laws; if we don't bring our laws in line with the  W.T.O.  (World
Trade  Organization),  we  will  be  subject  to fines, lawsuits,
sanctions, and penalties. As the  world's  leading  consumer  and
manufacturer,  we  should  have VETO power to protect our country
from bad rules and orders....
