They want fundamental change." [White flash covers the screen. Male narration begins. Winter scene appears. Dole walking with a man in a red jacket by the big wheel of a truck.] "Bob Dole's agenda will change America." [Cut to black background. White printed graphic, "THE DOLE AGENDA:" is across the top of screen. A box that covers more than a quarter of the top right corner presents various scenes over the course of the ad. The first scene is a white man wearing a red work shirt in a hard hat standing and a black man with a white headband walking in front of him.
