Common Area Cleaning Checklist

These cleaning standards apply to all of the common areas including the lobby, laundry room, snack room, bathrooms and elevators.
q Vacuum all floors including under heaters and furniture
q Mop all tile
q Empty trash
q Wash down trash can
q Replace with new trash bags
q Spot wash walls
q Clean all glass on doors and windows
q Remove any cobwebs
q Dust all furniture and heaters
q Wipe down washer and drier in guest laundry room
q Wash all common bathrooms according to guest room standards
