Membership in GBFC is open to all so in order to encourage people from all walks of life to join, our policy is to remain politically neutral. However, there is one issue that we do concern ourselves with and that is Food Safety. People have the right to know about the food they are eating so they can make informed choices about what they buy. The following links should help those who are concerned, to educate themselves.

  • Campaign for Food Safety This is an excellent page with numerous additional links.
  • Northeast Organic Farming Association Links to state web pages, news, certification information and more.
