Meals Tax Policy

The New Hampshire Department of Revenue allows an exemption from state meals tax to all faculty, staff, and students of UNH during normal University operational hours, i.e. Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. Presentation of a valid UNH picture I.D. is required for this exemption. Please inform, or present your I.D. to, our service personnel prior to cashing out your check. We greatly appreciate your business and we apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may create.
