Meet the Manager

Beverley Nemetz

Beverley Nemetz, the new Dairy Bar Manager, has a BS and graduate coursework in COLSA’s Adult and Occupational Education curriculum at UNH, with a focus on culinary education. An ACF certified chef and Certified Hospitality Educator, Bev has worked as a chef instructor, B&B Manager/Chef, food writer and personal chef, and is excited to be back at UNH, in a new role.

Bev is getting to know the routine, staff and customers and is most interested in ensuring that the Dairy Bar Restaurant remains a favorite gathering spot for locals, students and alumni, while serving its mission as a lab venue for TSAS Restaurant Management program students.
