ADVANCE NOTICE

In the past, some members of the American Society of Mammalogists living outside of North America have not received the Final Call for Papers in time to submit abstracts or register for the meeting. If you will be residing outside of Canada, The United States of America, or Mexico in 2001, and wish to receive an advance copy of the Abstract Form and information on registering for the meeting, please send your name and mailing address to:

All requests for advance notification must be received by August 1, 2000. Persons requesting advance notification will receive an abbreviated description of the meeting and a copy of the abstract form. The special advance registration and abstract forms shall be accepted only when mailed from addresses outside North America.

• Students are encouraged to submit oral and poster presentations for the meeting according to Student Guidelines.
• Student members of A.S.M. encouraged to submit manuscripts for the Competition of Honoraria to be awarded at the 2000 Annual Meeting in Durham, New Hampshire.
• Participate in Gordon Kirkland Run/Walk for research.
• Advanced notice available for 2001 meeting for members living outside North America
• A.S.M. Guidelines for Synopsia, Workshops, and Special Interest Group Meetings, at the 2001 Annual Meeting, University of Montanna.
• Submit proposal for 2001 Annual Meeting in Montanna.
• Directions to U.N.H. and the 2000 Annual Meeting in Durham.
