![]() FORM & INSTRUCTIONS ABSTRACT PURPOSE: An abstract's purpose is to briefly summarize the contents of an oral or poster presentation. Prepare your abstract carefully; it may be the primary reason others will want to attend your talk or view your poster. An abstract should elaborate upon the title, highlight the essential new results to be presented, and clearly summarize the important new conclusions derived from your study. PLEASE REMEMBER: All abstracts must be submitted by MARCH 15, 2000. This date is an extension from the announcement in the February issue of the Journal of Mammalogy and the announcement mailed to all members that indicated a March 1 deadline. All conference attendees and presenters must also register. Deadline for registration (without penalty) is MAY 1, 2000. |
