My name is Todd Proper and I come from a small town in New Hampshire. I am currently participating in the Mathematics and Marine Science Program at UNH. My favorite sport is volleyball which we play a lot of at this program. The instructors are really nice people even if Gregg can not play volleyball. I am interested not only in marine biology, but also in chemistry. Some day I hope to attend MIT and start a career in laser photo chemistry.

Staying with a host science family is cool because you learn that people in science have lives outside of research. It was fun meeting new people like Brian who is the only person who enjoys my jokes besides Claire. The M + M program is really fun and I would encourage people to apply for it next year.
