Hi! My name is Holly Russell. I am happy to be in the Math and Marine Science Program here at the University of New Hampshire. I am going to be a sophomore at Mount Ararat High School in Topsham, Maine this fall. I play soccer and I swim, and I am very involved in drama at my school. My favorite subject is history, but I am interested in all fields.

In the future, I would like to be an exchange student for a year in France, become a Senate page for a semester, enter the University of Virginia in the liberal arts school, become an accomplished poet, learn several languages, and travel extensively throughout the world. I would like to become an ambassador between the United States and France, an interpreter, or a neurosurgeon also involved in the experimental study of the language areas of the brain and in spatial visualization. In my spare time I would like to act.

I think we have all learned a great deal so far. For instance, all my friends now have detailed horoscopes (thanks to me and my nifty book) and I am happy to get people interested in finding out about themselves from them. We all like to have group astrological readings where I tell them their horoscopes. They tell me I should be a master psychic on that $3.95 a minute telephone line.

I love this program because we all get along really well. I think it is great when a group like us can be this good of friends. This is an amazing experience, and I would recommend it to anyone. You can get to know people so well, and we all love each other to a wonderfully sickening degree, which is great.
