A curious and ambitious 15 year old girl decided to set out from her small community on Peaks Island, Maine to seek her aspirations. This was me, Christine Voyer. I enjoy science, math, and writing (writing poetry most of all). I would like to be in a band. Because I do not lie to myself about being musically inclined, I am sure my musical dreams will never be fulfilled.

I came to the M&M program with the hopes of discovering whether my interests lie within the area of marine biology. I am convinced that this program will do this for me. By today, only the third day of the program, we have done so much. I am meeting new people and learning about the marine species that I once took for granted on my Island.
